Terms & Conditions for Wedding Stationery Orders
1. By placing a signed order with Party Nights Creations it is assumed that you understand the following terms and conditions.
2. All of our stationery can be adapted to Civil Partnership and Commitment Ceremonies.
3. There is no minimum order value.
4. Please order all stationery items at the same time. Party Nights Creations will not be held responsible for the difference in colour match etc should it be ordered separately. As most of our items are hand made to order, there may be a slight difference in design, this is not a fault.. For the completion of Seating Plans and Place cards, the correct information and spelling must be supplied no later than fourteen days before your event. If you fail to provide the information required to complete any personalised items before the set delivery date, resulting in a failure to complete the order, then the balance outstanding is still payable. Any alterations after this time may incur an additional charge.
5. We can create all our products with as little as four weeks notice, subject to other work in hand, putting the final details together as late as fourteen days before your event. Should you wish to make any changes once your order has been deemed to be completed, this may incur an additional charge.
6. When ordering Invitations/Order of Service/Save the date cards/Place Cards/Menus, you must provide clearly written/typed information which you wish including in your stationery. This information can also be sent by email. Proofs of Invitations/Order of Service will be issued and you must ensure you check them thoroughly and make any alterations before returning the enclosed form to us to proceed with the order. Party Nights Creations will not be held responsible for any mistakes made due to incorrect information supplied. Any alterations after this time may incur an additional charge.
7. I would recommend when ordering the Invitations/Order of Service/Save The Date cards and unprinted Place Cards that you order slightly more than you need in case there should be any additional guests, or mistakes when writing them out. Any items unused are non returnable.
8. Samples of all items (excluding seating plans) are available at a small charge
9. Payment
A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon order with the balance being payable before the last part of your order is despatched. Payment can be via Paypal/Bankers draft/Postal Order or cheque made payable to Party Nights Creations. A final invoice will be sent approximately 4 weeks prior to the arranged delivery date and all orders must be paid for in full before delivery/collection. Please note orders placed at short notice, Save the Date cards, seating plans, favours, dolls, jewellery and tiaras will need paying for in full at the time of ordering. We do not accept returns on any handmade products
10. Delivery
Please give us an alternative address for delivery should you be out. All deliveries will require a signature. Party Nights Creations will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Where orders are made to order and personalised to your individual requirements, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Orders cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to delivery date will only incur any further payment on work already done should this amount to more than the deposit. However, orders cancelled less than 4 weeks before the delivery date will be subject to full payment. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the product is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specification. All my goods are handmade and therefore may differ slightly from any examples shown on the web site. This is not deemed as faulty.
12. General
Images published on our website are there as a guide to our products only. Reproductions of colours are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the web site due to variations in monitor setting. All measurements given on the web site are approximate.
All of our designs, images and text are protected by copyright and may not be used in any part without our prior written permission. Anyone found to be abusing the copyright laws will be prosecuted.
Some of our stationery may be deemed a hazard to small children due to small/detachable parts used. All of our paper items carry this warning.
Party Nights Creations reserve the right to make alterations to terms, conditions and prices without prior notification. Prices quoted to you are valid for 30 days.
